Stake.us vs Pulsz 2026: States, Prizes and Lobbies

Pulsz lists Sweeps Coins play in six states that Stake.us excludes by name, so location settles this comparison for many readers. Pulsz also pays prizes by bank transfer, Skrill or gift card. Stake.us pays in crypto or by bank transfer, and a crypto purchase locks the player into crypto prizes.

Clovr does not rank either site among its picks. For a reviewed option, Clovr names Mega Bonanza and Hello Millions near the end of this page.

Pulsz Reaches Six States Stake.us Excludes

Pulsz wins on state coverage, because its help center lists 36 states plus the District of Columbia. Five of those states are Gold Coin only, which leaves 31 states with Sweeps Coins play at Pulsz.

Stake.us excludes 22 states by name in clause 2.1(b) of its Terms. Its clause 2.1(a) covers “the continental United States of America and Hawaii,” and it does not name Alaska. Alaska players should confirm eligibility with Stake.us support before registering.

The states below are the only places where the two sites differ. Each row comes from the operators’ own Terms and help pages, checked on October 28, 2026. Verify current laws in your jurisdiction before playing.

Both operators exclude the other 13 states on the Pulsz list. A state that neither document excludes is not proof that sweepstakes play is lawful there. Clovr tracks each state on its sweepstakes casinos by state index.

How Stake.us and Pulsz Pay Out Prizes

Pulsz offers more prize routes for players who buy with a card, while Stake.us suits players who already hold crypto. The difference comes from a single Stake.us rule about payment methods.

Stake.us Ties the Prize Method to the Purchase Method

Clause 7.3(c) of the Stake.us Terms says a crypto purchase must be redeemed in crypto. A purchase in regular currency must be redeemed in regular currency. Stake.us help adds that bank transfer prizes need at least one successful card purchase on the account.

Stake.us values each Stake Cash at an implied rate of $1. It processes one prize request per account in any 24-hour period, according to clause 13.6(b). Its Terms reserve the right to set a minimum redemption amount and to charge processing fees.

Florida players face a separate limit at Stake.us. Clause 13.3(b) caps Florida prize redemptions at $5,000 per day.

Pulsz Pays After Document Verification

Pulsz states that document review usually takes 48 hours after the first prize request. Pulsz then states that processing takes 3–5 business days.

Clause 6.12.2 of the Pulsz Terms gives a player 90 days to finish a pending redemption request. After 90 days, Pulsz declines the request automatically and returns the coins to the account. Skrill prizes are open only to players who bought coins with Skrill before.

Pulsz also lets coins expire when an account goes 60 days without play, under clause 6.11. A player who stops visiting should redeem eligible coins before that point.

Playthrough and Purchase Rules at Stake.us and Pulsz

Stake.us publishes a 3x playthrough, while Pulsz keeps its playthrough inside Sweepstakes Rules that require a login. Playthrough is the number of times Sweeps Coins must be played before redemption.

At Stake.us, Stake Cash must be played three times before redemption, except Stake Cash won through play. A 10 Stake Cash purchase bonus needs 30 Stake Cash of play before redemption, according to the Stake.us help center.

Stake.us caps Gold Coin purchases at $9,000 per day under clause 7.2(g). Pulsz lets players set daily, weekly or monthly purchase limits through a support request.

Free Sweeps Coins and Mail-In Entry at Stake.us and Pulsz

Stake.us publishes its mail-in amount, which is 5 free Stake Cash per valid postcard. Both sites say no purchase is necessary, and both offer a daily login bonus.

The Stake.us request needs a handwritten card of at least 4 by 6 inches. It also needs a unique postcard code from the Terms page. Clause 8.3 lists every line the card must carry, including the full name on the player’s ID.

Pulsz runs a mail-in entry too, but its public pages do not show the amount per request. Pulsz help states that crediting mailed envelopes can take up to 3 months. Clovr covers no-purchase coin offers on its free Sweeps Coins page.

Pulsz shows 5,000 free Gold Coins for new accounts on its homepage. Stake.us gives its welcome bonus only to players who verify email and account within 72 hours of registering.

Games at Stake.us and Pulsz

Stake.us is built around in-house games, while Pulsz is built around third-party slots and hosted tables. The two libraries serve different players.

Stake.us builds its own titles, called Stake Originals, such as plinko, mines, keno, dice, crash and limbo. These games use a provably fair system with a client seed, a SHA-256 hashed server seed and a nonce. Stake.us also runs poker and live tables from ICONIC21 and Evolution.

Pulsz names Ruby Play, Relax Gaming and 3 Oaks Gaming among its slot providers. Its homepage claims over 1,000 games, while a Pulsz help article states over 300. Pulsz Social Live Casino streams tables with live presenters or dealers.

Player Protection Tools at Stake.us and Pulsz

Stake.us lets players set its tools in account settings, while Pulsz handles its tools through support requests. Both sites offer self-exclusion up to an indefinite period.

A Stake.us Break in Play lasts from 1 day to 3 months, and the player can still redeem during it. Stake.us self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 10 years, or indefinitely. Both settings are irreversible once set.

Pulsz handles exclusion through a support request, with 6-month, 1-year, 3-year, 5-year and indefinite options. Pulsz handles purchase limits through the same request form.

Lawsuits and Legal Record for Stake.us and Pulsz

Both operators face legal challenges in 2026. Each case below is an allegation or a settlement, not a court finding.

Baltimore City Lawsuit Against Both Operators

The City of Baltimore sued six sweepstakes operators on March 4, 2026, in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City. The defendants include Sweepsteaks Limited for Stake.us and Yellow Social Interactive for Pulsz. Baltimore claims the operators broke its Consumer Protection Ordinance.

Pulsz Class Settlement

Yellow Social Interactive agreed to an estimated $14 million class settlement in Robinson v. Yellow Social Interactive. The court granted preliminary approval on August 31, 2026, and set a fairness hearing for December 31, 2026.

Eligible players can elect cash by November 30, 2026. The settlement covers Pulsz purchases made in six states, which the settlement notice lists. Yellow Social Interactive denies the claims.

Stake.us Class Actions

Stake.us faces several class actions over its dual-coin model. A federal judge in Virginia sent one case to individual arbitration. The Stake.us Terms require arbitration unless a player opts out within 30 days.

Clovr covers the wider legal picture on its sweepstakes legality page.

Who Stake.us and Pulsz Suit

Stake.us suits crypto holders outside its 22 excluded states who want provably fair house games. Those players should expect a 3x playthrough on bonus Stake Cash and crypto-only prizes after a crypto purchase.

Pulsz suits players in states Stake.us excludes and players who want a gift card or bank prize. Those players should check the Sweepstakes Rules after login for the minimum redemption.
