McLuck vs Hello Millions 2026: Prize Floors Compared

McLuck vs Hello Millions

Hello Millions gives new players 15,000 Gold Coins at sign-up, double the 7,500 that McLuck gives. Hello Millions wins narrowly on published redemption times, while McLuck wins on its iOS app and stated game count.

Both sites are sweepstakes casinos, so no purchase is necessary to play or to redeem prizes. Each site also accepts free mail-in requests for Sweepstakes Coins, known as the AMOE (alternative method of entry). Players must be 21 or older at both.

Hello Millions Wins the No-Purchase Welcome Offer

Hello Millions gives 15,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweepstakes Coins at sign-up, with no purchase and no promo code. McLuck gives 7,500 Gold Coins and the same 2.5 Sweepstakes Coins through a sign-up spin on its homepage. Both offers were live on the operators’ homepages on October 28, 2026.

The Sweepstakes Coins decide the real value of a welcome offer, and those are equal. Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment play and have no prize value. Sweepstakes Coins (SC) are free promotional coins that can be redeemed for cash prizes once the site’s conditions are met.

Both help centers still describe a 5,000 Gold Coin welcome reward. The live homepage offer is the newer source, so check the amount shown at registration. Hello Millions says the offer shown during registration is the one that applies.

Hello Millions Wins the First-Purchase Offer on Disclosure

Hello Millions publishes its first-purchase bonus in coin amounts, and McLuck does not. Its offer lists 120,000 Gold Coins, 60 free Sweepstakes Coins and a Bronze Wheel spin worth up to 500 additional SC. McLuck advertises 150% extra on the first package but gives no coin amounts on its public pages.

Neither site shows its first-purchase package price publicly, so Clovr cannot calculate Sweepstakes Coins per $1. The package ranges differ, though. McLuck sells Gold Coin packages from $1.99 to $99.99, and Hello Millions sells them from $1.99 to $299.99.

Both sites say select Gold Coin packages include free Sweepstakes Coins at no extra cost. A purchase is never required. The free Sweepstakes Coins guide lists other no-purchase routes across Clovr’s reviewed sites.

Hello Millions Wins on Published Redemption Details

Hello Millions publishes its redemption methods, time estimates and fee policy, while McLuck’s public pages give none of them. Hello Millions offers ACH bank transfers and gift cards where available. It estimates up to 48 hours for gift cards and 3 to 5 business days for bank prizes.

Those timings are operator-stated estimates, and Hello Millions says they are not a guarantee. Hello Millions also states that it charges no processing fee on prize redemptions. A bank or gift card provider may still apply its own charges.

McLuck’s homepage says players can “verify once, then redeem” quickly, but it gives no timeframe. Its public help center lists no redemption article as of October 28, 2026. McLuck players should read the redemption screen inside their account before playing through Sweepstakes Coins.

The Rule Gap Both Sites Share

Neither site publishes its Sweepstakes Rules on a public page as of October 28, 2026. Both rules addresses return a “page not found” message. That leaves playthrough, the minimum SC for each prize type and the SC prize value undisclosed publicly at both sites.

Playthrough – the number of times a Sweepstakes Coin must be played before it can be redeemed. Clovr will add both sites’ figures if the operators publish their rules. Until then, players should open the rules inside their account before playing.

Identity Checks Work the Same Way

Both sites verify players through Veriff before prize redemption. Each requires an unexpired government photo ID and a proof of address issued within the last 90 days. Hello Millions states that verification must be complete before a first redemption.

McLuck Wins on Apps and Stated Game Count

McLuck states a library of 1,000 plus games and lists apps for iOS and Android. Hello Millions lists an Android app on Google Play and browser play, with no iOS app named. Hello Millions also publishes no total game count.

Both sites offer slots, live dealer games, table and card games, arcade games and game shows. Hello Millions names providers including NetEnt, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Nolimit City and Relax Gaming. McLuck’s footer names Relax Gaming, 3 Oaks Gaming, Evoplay, Booming Games, Habanero and BGaming.

McLuck says every live casino game uses a live dealer. Hello Millions names ICONIC21, Vivo and Playtech for its streamed games. Both sites show each game’s RTP in the game’s details.

McLuck Wins on Loyalty Program Detail

McLuck publishes how its loyalty program works, and Hello Millions does not. McLuck enrolls every player at the Iron tier and pays an instant reward at Platinum and above. It also offers a weekly coin boost based on tier and provides VIP hosts.

Hello Millions names a Loyalty Lounge and lists exclusive tournaments on its homepage. Its public pages do not describe the tiers or rewards. Both sites run a Refer a Friend program, and both require the friend to make a qualifying purchase.

Both sites also run a Sweepstakes Coin Jackpot that players can opt out of at any time. Past jackpot contributions are not refunded after opting out, according to both help centers.

Where McLuck and Hello Millions Are Identical

Most rules are the same at both sites, and one company runs both. B-Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company, operates both, and both Terms are dated October 14, 2026. Hello Millions names McLuck as a sister site on its own help pages.

State Availability Matches

Both Terms exclude the same 16 states and no longer offer promotional contests in California. Each site stops operating in Oklahoma on November 1, 2026. The two help centers say the sites are available in 32 states and the District of Columbia.

Check the sweepstakes casinos by state guide before signing up. Verify current laws in your jurisdiction before playing.

The Same 60-Day Coin Expiry

Both Terms say all coins expire after 60 consecutive days without gameplay. Clause 6.12 covers Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins together. Clause 4.9 also lets either site close an account inactive for 60 days or longer.

The Same Mail-In Route

Both sites accept free mail-in requests for Sweepstakes Coins and credit them by hand. Each help center warns that crediting can take up to 3 months. Neither site publishes the SC amount per request publicly, so get the current instructions from support before mailing.

The Same Player Protection Tools

Both sites offer the same five controls in the Player Trust and Safety Controls menu.

Players can set daily, weekly or monthly spend limits and a daily session limit. A Time-Out lasts 1 to 30 days, and Self-Exclusion lasts 1 month to 1 year. Account closure is available through support.

Self-exclusion applies to one brand at a time. A player who self-excludes at McLuck must also self-exclude at Hello Millions to block both.

Support and Reputation

Both sites offer a 24/7 online support form and a 24/7 phone line for payment questions. Hello Millions holds a 4.4 average from 4,241 Trustpilot reviews as of October 28, 2026. Trustpilot shows that Hello Millions replied to 98% of its negative reviews.

McLuck displays a 4.2 Trustpilot rating from 10,000 plus reviews on its own homepage. That figure is operator-stated. In Hello Millions’ Trustpilot replies, the site says redemption reviews can add time when extra verification is needed.

How the Clovr Sweeps Score Compares

Hello Millions scores 6.5 and McLuck scores 6.4 on the Clovr Sweeps Score. Hello Millions gains on redemption reliability and trust because it publishes timelines and fee terms. McLuck gains on game library because it states its game count.
