Three operator groups stand behind the 20 sweepstakes casinos Clovr recommends. The B-Two group accounts for 5 of them, UTech Solutions LLC runs 9, and A1 Development LLC runs 6. Sister sites in a group share most rules, yet redemption minimums, apps and game counts still differ between brands.
No purchase is necessary at any of the 20 brands, and each lists a free mail-in entry (AMOE). Two brands did not publish their mail-in steps in October 2026. All 20 set a minimum age of 21 plus in their own Terms or sign-up form.

What Casino Sister Sites Are
Casino sister sites are separate casino brands run by the same company. In the US sweepstakes market, one company may run several sites that each use a free-play coin and a prize coin.
Most brands call these Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins have no prize value, while Sweeps Coins are redeemable for cash prizes after playthrough. The Sweeps Coins explainer covers the two-coin model in detail.
Sweepstakes casinos operate as prize promotions under US sweepstakes law, with a free mail-in entry as the no-purchase route. The guide to how sweepstakes casinos work explains the model step by step.
Some review sites use “sister sites” loosely for any similar casino. This page uses the strict meaning: brands whose own Terms, footer or app listing name the same company or company group.
Who Owns Which Sweepstakes Casino
Each brand below is matched to the company its own pages name, based on checks made between October and November 3, 2026. No purchase is necessary at any of them, and the mail-in column shows what one valid request earns.
| Brand | Company named on the brand’s own pages | Group | Free mail-in entry (AMOE) | Minimum age |
|---|---|---|---|---|

The prize coin names in the mail-in column are each operator’s own. The sections below explain how each group is built and which rules its sister sites share.
The B-Two Group Runs Mega Bonanza, McLuck, Hello Millions, PlayFame and SpinBlitz
B-Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company with company number 021483V, sits at the center of the B-Two group. McLuck, Hello Millions and SpinBlitz name that company in their Terms and footers.
Estonia’s B2 Services OÜ acts as payment agent for those three brands. McLuck purchases show on statements as B-Two Operations Limited, and McLuck’s app store listings name B2Services as developer.
PlayFame and Mega Bonanza Name Their Own Companies
PlayFame names PlayFame Operations Limited, company number 021484V, in its Terms, rules and footer. B2 Services OÜ and B-Two Operations Limited act as its payment service agents.
Mega Bonanza names LuminaryPlay Operations Limited, company number 021860V, in its Terms, rules, footer and iOS listing. Clovr confirmed that name in the Mega Bonanza site footer on November 3, 2026.
Clovr groups Mega Bonanza with B-Two because it uses the group’s rule set and its Manchester, New Hampshire mail-in setup. No document Clovr has read confirms that the two companies share an owner.
Rules the B-Two Sister Sites Share
The five B-Two brands follow one shared rule set, so most limits match across the five sites. The table lists the rules as stated in the brands’ Terms and Sweepstakes Rules, read in October 2026.
| Rule | What the B-Two rules say |
|---|---|
| SC prize value | $1.00 per SC |
| Playthrough | 1x on SC |
| SC expiry | 60 days without SC play |
| Redemption requests | One every 48 hours (rule 6.8) |
| Daily redemption limit | Up to $10,000 |
| Processing time | Up to 10 days, longer above $2,500 (operator-stated) |
| Mail-in reward | 4 SC per request to a PO box in Manchester, NH 03108 |
McLuck’s Terms clause 5.2 pools social jackpots across the operator’s brands, and Hello Millions’ Terms 5.2 does the same. McLuck has also run tournaments with prizes pooled across brands, such as 20,000 SC.
Where the B-Two Sister Sites Differ
Cash minimums differ inside the group. Mega Bonanza lets players redeem cash from 50 SC, while McLuck, Hello Millions, PlayFame and SpinBlitz require 75 SC. Gift cards start at 10 SC at all five.
App support also differs, based on store searches in October 2026. McLuck has iOS and Android apps, while Mega Bonanza and PlayFame have iOS apps. Hello Millions has an Android app, and SpinBlitz offers an installable web app only.
Each brand uses its own PO box in Manchester, NH 03108 for mail-in requests. Mega Bonanza uses PO Box 8214, McLuck uses PO Box 9550, and Hello Millions uses PO Box 9507. PlayFame uses PO Box 9512, and SpinBlitz uses PO Box 9627.
The McLuck review walks through the mail-in request code and the other steps the B-Two rules require.
UTech Solutions LLC Runs Nine Sister Sites
UTech Solutions LLC, registered in Afton, Wyoming, runs nine sweepstakes brands. All nine homepages named UTech Solutions LLC when Clovr checked them on November 3, 2026.
The nine brands are DexyPlay, VegasWay, Sweepico, FireSevens, Playtana, SweepShark, MrGoodWin, Scarlet Sands and Jackpot Rabbit. All nine list the same mailing address: UTech Solutions LLC, PMB 92769, 5830 East 2nd St., Casper, WY 82609.
Seven UTech Brands Share One Rule Book
DexyPlay, VegasWay, Sweepico, FireSevens, Playtana, SweepShark and MrGoodWin publish matching Terms of Use, version 2.0. Their sweepstakes rules differ only on minimum age, minimum redemption and daily limit.
| Rule | What the seven UTech rule sets say |
|---|---|
| Sign-up SC | 1 SC after account verification |
| Mail-in reward | 1 SC per request; Playtana, SweepShark and MrGoodWin also allow 5 Free Plays at a 0.20 play level |
| Playthrough | 1x on SC |
| Prize cap on free SC | $25 per account on prizes from most free SC; $50 on referral SC (section 7) |
| Minimum redemption | 25 SC at DexyPlay, Sweepico, Playtana and SweepShark; 100 SC at VegasWay and FireSevens; none stated at MrGoodWin (section 9) |
| Processing time | Up to 30 days (operator-stated) |
| Redemption requests | One every 5 days |
| Daily limit | Usually $100 per account; $25 at Playtana |
Free-play players should note the prize cap. Under section 7 of these rules, prizes from most free SC cannot exceed $25 per account.
Age wording also needs a check at DexyPlay. Its sweepstakes rules say 18, but its Terms of Use set the minimum age at 21 plus.
Scarlet Sands and Jackpot Rabbit Keep Their Rules Private
Scarlet Sands and Jackpot Rabbit do not publish their sweepstakes rules on public pages. Scarlet Sands shows its Award Rules only after sign-up, so its minimums, caps and fees are not public.
According to its site text, Scarlet Sands unlocks redemption with the first Gold Coin purchase. Jackpot Rabbit’s site map lists a mail-in page, but the page showed no steps in October 2026.
How the UTech Brands Rate With Consumers
The Better Business Bureau rated UTech Solutions LLC F in October 2026, with a pattern of complaints. Trustpilot scores in October 2026 ranged from 3.6 for FireSevens to 4.4 for Sweepico and MrGoodWin.
Trustpilot suspended Scarlet Sands’ rating for a guidelines breach. The VegasWay review shows how the shared UTech rules apply at a single brand.
A1 Development LLC Runs Six Sister Sites
A1 Development LLC, registered in Afton, Wyoming, runs No Limit Coins, Funrize, Tao Fortune, Fortune Wheelz, FunzCity and StormRush. Four of those homepages named A1 Development LLC on November 3, 2026.
Funrize’s App Store listing names A1 Development, LLC as its seller. FunzCity’s Terms (clause 6.8) say purchases appear on card statements as A1 Development LLC.
Each A1 Brand Names Its Coins Differently
The six A1 brands give their play coin and prize coin different names. The same two-coin mechanic therefore reads differently on each site.
| Brand | Play coin | Prize coin |
|---|---|---|
| No Limit Coins | Gold Coins | Super Coins |
| Funrize | Tournament Coins | Promotional Entries |
| FunzCity | Fun Coins | City Coins |
| Fortune Wheelz | Gold Coins | SC (mail-in page wording) |
| StormRush | Gold Coins | Sweeps Coins |
| Tao Fortune | Gold Coins (Terms wording) | Not disclosed by the operator |
Five A1 brands share one mail-in address: A1 Development LLC, PMB 90122, 5830 East 2nd St., Casper, WY 82609. Those five are No Limit Coins, Funrize, Fortune Wheelz, FunzCity and StormRush.
Under Terms 7.7.1, a valid request at No Limit Coins, Funrize, Fortune Wheelz or FunzCity earns 1 prize coin. The player can take 5 Free Plays at a 0.20 play level instead.
StormRush credits 1.00 SC a day by mail, but only when the account balance is zero. Tao Fortune’s mail-in page redirected to its homepage in October 2026, and its steps are not public.
Where the A1 Sister Sites Differ
Game libraries vary widely across the A1 group. Fortune Wheelz listed 3,342 games in October 2026, while Funrize listed 1,397.
| Brand | Games (Clovr count, Oct 2026) | Studios | Live dealer titles |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fortune Wheelz | 3,342 | 39 | 176 |
| No Limit Coins | 3,067 | 36 | 81 |
| StormRush | 2,927 | 36 | 55 |
| Tao Fortune | 1,723 | 20 | 75 (some virtual titles mixed in) |
| FunzCity | 1,642 | 19 | 81 |
| Funrize | 1,397 | 17 | 76 |
None of the six A1 brands publishes full redemption rules on public pages. StormRush shows its Award Rules only after sign-up, and Funrize’s Award Rules have no public link.
How A1 Rates With Consumers
The Better Business Bureau rated A1 Development LLC F in October 2026, with 73 of 75 complaints unanswered. The BBB lists Tao Fortune, Funrize, Fortune Wheelz and FunzCity among the company’s names.
Clovr’s No Limit Coins review covers the A1 mail-in steps and the Free Play option in full.
UTech and A1 Share a Paper Trail but No Confirmed Owner
UTech Solutions LLC and A1 Development LLC are both registered in Afton, Wyoming. Both use private mailboxes at 5830 East 2nd St., Casper, WY 82609, under PMB 92769 and PMB 90122.
The BBB links A1 Development LLC to UTech Solutions LLC. No source Clovr has read confirms that the two share an owner, so this page treats them as separate groups.
What Sister Sites Share and What They Keep Separate
Sister sites in the same group usually share a rule set, playthrough rules and a mail-in setup. Redemption minimums, apps, game libraries and state lists can still differ between brands.
| Item | Shared within a group | Example from this page |
|---|---|---|
| Operating company | Mostly | PlayFame and Mega Bonanza name their own companies |
| Rule set | Yes at B-Two and at seven UTech brands | 1x playthrough across B-Two |
| Mail-in reward | Yes within a rule set | 4 SC at B-Two; 1 SC at seven UTech brands |
| Mail-in address | Shared mailbox at UTech and five A1 brands | Separate PO boxes at each B-Two brand |
| Redemption minimum | No | 50 SC vs 75 SC inside B-Two; 25 SC vs 100 SC inside UTech |
| Apps | No | McLuck iOS and Android; SpinBlitz web app only |
| Game library | No | 3,342 vs 1,397 games inside A1 |
| Jackpots | Pooled at B-Two | Terms 5.2 at McLuck and Hello Millions |
| State availability | No | Each brand keeps its own restricted territories |
Each brand keeps its own list of restricted territories in its Terms, and sister sites do not always match. In an August 7 Terms update, B-Two restored access in two states at four brands but not at Mega Bonanza.
The sweepstakes casinos by state index and the sweepstakes legal guide cover state rules in detail. Verify current laws in your jurisdiction before playing.
How to Check Who Owns a Sweepstakes Casino
Six public records show who runs a sweepstakes casino. Check at least two of them, because brands do not always print the same company in every place.
- Read the site footer. Clovr found the operating company on 14 brand homepages on November 3, 2026.
- Open the Terms and find the operator clause. The B-Two brands’ Isle of Man companies also list a company number there.
- Compare the mail-in addresses in the sweepstakes rules. Five A1 brands, for example, use the same Casper, Wyoming mailbox, PMB 90122.
- Check the app store seller or developer. Funrize’s App Store listing names A1 Development, LLC, and McLuck’s apps name B2Services.
- Look at the name on your card statement after a purchase. McLuck purchases show as B-Two Operations Limited, and FunzCity purchases show as A1 Development LLC.
- Search the company on the Better Business Bureau website. The BBB profile shows the company’s rating and the brand names it links to that company.
Why Ownership Matters Before Making a Purchase
Ownership tells you which rules follow you from one sister site to the next. The same $25 cap on prizes from most free SC applies at all seven UTech brands with public rules.
Ownership also carries the company’s complaint record. A BBB grade rates the company, not a single brand, and both Wyoming companies held an F in October 2026.
Sister-site status is not a safety rating on its own. Check each brand’s rules, minimums and complaint history before buying a coin package. Individual reviews start from Clovr’s sweepstakes casino hub.
Casino Sister Sites FAQ
What are casino sister sites?
Casino sister sites are separate casino brands run by the same company. In US sweepstakes, three groups run all 20 brands Clovr recommends: B-Two, UTech Solutions LLC and A1 Development LLC.
Who owns McLuck?
B-Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company with company number 021483V, operates McLuck. B2 Services OÜ of Estonia acts as payment agent, and purchases show as B-Two Operations Limited.
What are the McLuck sister sites?
McLuck’s sister sites are Hello Millions, SpinBlitz and PlayFame, with Mega Bonanza grouped alongside them by shared rules. Mega Bonanza’s own Terms name a different company, LuminaryPlay Operations Limited.
What are the Hello Millions and SpinBlitz sister sites?
Hello Millions and SpinBlitz are sister sites of each other, McLuck and PlayFame. All four follow B-Two’s shared rules, including 1x playthrough and a 75 SC cash minimum.
What are the Funrize sister sites?
Funrize’s sister sites are No Limit Coins, Tao Fortune, Fortune Wheelz, FunzCity and StormRush. All six are A1 Development LLC brands registered in Afton, Wyoming.
Do sister sites share one account?
The rules Clovr reviewed describe sign-up, identity checks and mail-in entry brand by brand, not one shared account. Plan to register and verify separately at each sister site.
Are sister sites safe because they share an owner?
Shared ownership does not make a site safe on its own. The BBB rated UTech Solutions LLC and A1 Development LLC F in October 2026, so check each brand’s rules first.
Are UTech and A1 Development the same company?
No source Clovr has read confirms that they are. Both are registered in Afton, Wyoming, and the BBB links them, but this page treats them as separate groups.
