On the envelope, write your return address, the site URL, the words “Sweepstakes Coins” and your code. The code must arrive within 25 days. The help center says crediting can take up to 3 months.

Your return address must match the city, ZIP code and state on your verified account. The envelope must also be postmarked from that state. Requests that are hard to read or break the rules are not credited or returned.

Mega Bonanza is open only in eligible US states. Its Terms call the excluded states “Prohibited Territories.”

Lowering a limit works right away, but raising or removing one takes 24 hours. A Time-Out cannot be cancelled, though you can still log in and request redemptions during it.
