casino.guru’s August 2026 profile also states that Miami Club “has not been granted a license by any gambling regulatory authority.” The operator’s support FAQ says only that the casino is “part of the Deckmedia affiliate program.” That is a marketing link, not a licence.

Who Miami Club Accepts Under Its Own Terms

Miami Club does not accept US players. Clause 1.6 of its Terms of Use (version 2.1, September 28, 2026) lists the United States of America among 15 prohibited jurisdictions.

The clause states that accounts created from these jurisdictions “will be void and any wagers or winnings forfeited.” The same list includes Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the Russian Federation. Clause 1.6 also extends the ban to any jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful.

How Miami Club Enforces Its Country Rules

Claiming all eight matches at $100 each means $32,000 in slot wagering for $800 in bonus funds. A minimum $25 deposit with a $25 match needs $1,000 in wagering.

Any bet above $2.00 per pay-line on slots, or above $10.00 on any game, forfeits the winnings from that session. Buy-bonus features count as wagers under the same limits. A casino.guru complaint from May 2023 shows the rule in action: a US player lost a $3,337 claim over the pay-line limit.

Other Miami Club Promotions

Miami Club’s daily reload runs 110% on Sunday, 75% on Monday, 70% on Tuesday and 90% on Wednesday. Thursday is 75%, Friday is 100% and Saturday is 85%, on the first purchase of the day with a $40 minimum.

The Sunday match is the one to read twice. Bonuses above 100% carry 30x deposit plus bonus wagering. A $40 Sunday deposit with a $44 bonus needs $2,520 in wagering, against $1,680 at 20x.

The 25% rebate pays up to $200 after a non-bonus purchase if the balance falls below $1.00. Players must hold fewer than 2,000 rewards points and contact support within 48 hours. The rebate carries 20x wagering on the bonus.

What MIFREE20 Really Costs

The MIFREE20 coupon gives $20 each month, but only to players at the Downtown loyalty level or higher. Reaching Downtown takes 25,000 rewards points, which equals $15,625 in slot wagers at 160 points per $100.
