How McLuck Works as a Sweepstakes Platform

McLuck runs a prize promotion under US sweepstakes law, using two currencies. Gold Coins are for standard play and have no prize value. Sweeps Coins can be played for a chance to win more SC, which are redeemable for cash prizes.

No purchase is necessary to play or to win. McLuck gives free SC at sign-up, every day and through social contests, and most Gold Coin packages include free SC.

McLuck’s Mail-In AMOE

McLuck’s mail-in AMOE pays 4 free SC for each handwritten request card that meets the rules. Each card needs a 13-digit request code generated from your signed-in account.

Send one card per envelope to McLuck – Sweepstakes, B-Two Operations Limited, PO Box 9550, Manchester, NH 03108. Write in non-black ink and include your name, address, account email and the required statement from Sweepstakes Rules 3.2.9.

Handwrite your return address, www.McLuck.com, “Sweepstakes Coins” and the code on the envelope. The return address must match your verified city, ZIP code and state.

The code must arrive within 25 days of being generated, and illegible requests are void. McLuck’s help center says crediting is manual and can take up to 3 months.

Where McLuck Is Available

McLuck serves eligible US states only, and its Terms list the excluded states as Prohibited Territories. Some game studios also block their whole catalog in further states.

McLuck’s Terms also state that promotional contests are no longer offered in California.

How Free McLuck SC Reach a Prize

A free player can reach the 10 SC gift card threshold without buying anything. Up to 3.55 sign-up SC, up to 2.50 SC a day from daily logins and 4 SC per mail-in request all count.

Each free SC must be played once before it qualifies, and only the balance left after play counts. Results vary, so the 75 SC cash minimum needs a longer run of SC play.

The optional $9.99 bundle adds 25 SC, for 27.5 SC with the sign-up reward. Those SC follow the same 1x rule, so the remaining balance decides which minimum it reaches.

How to Sign Up at McLuck and Claim Your Coins

Signing up at McLuck takes a few minutes and costs nothing. Free sign-up SC are subject to verification checks, and redemptions open once verification is complete.

1. Open McLuck and choose Join Now. 2. Enter your email, create a password and add your legal name and date of birth as they appear on your ID. 3. Confirm your email address. 4. Confirm you are 21 plus and located in an eligible state, then allow location services. 5. Add MCLUCKBLOG26 in the “Referred By” field if you want the blog’s purchase offer. 6. Log in each day to collect the sign-up SC and the daily login reward. 7. Verify your account through Veriff with a photo ID and a proof of address under 90 days old.

McLuck says it reviews verification documents within 48 hours of submission. Requested documents must be supplied within 30 days, or the account can be restricted under Terms clause 8.5.

McLuck Coin Packages

McLuck’s best-value welcome bundle is the $9.99 first purchase, which returns 2.50 SC per $1. Larger bundles add more GC and SC, but no other bundle beats that rate.

These are the welcome-stage bundles McLuck publishes on its blog. The standard store, which runs from $1.99 to $99.99, is only visible after login.

How McLuck Prize Redemption Works

McLuck redeems qualifying SC at $1.00 each, with a 75 SC minimum for cash and 10 SC for a gift card. Free SC must be played once before they count.

McLuck does not list its purchase methods on public pages. Purchases are made in US dollars and show on statements as B-Two Operations Limited.

McLuck Redemption Methods

Cash prizes are paid to a bank account in your name, under Sweepstakes Rules 6.7. Gift cards are the second route, and McLuck may choose to pay any prize by check.

How to Redeem Sweeps Coins at McLuck

1. Play your free or bonus SC through once so they become qualifying SC. 2. Complete verification, which can include ID, proof of address, a facial scan, SSN validation and source-of-funds checks. 3. Select Redeem in the site menu and choose a cash or gift card prize. 4. Enter at least 75 SC for cash or 10 SC for a gift card, then confirm. 5. Watch your email and account status while the request shows as pending.

McLuck Redemption Limits

McLuck can limit redemptions to $10,000 a day, and payments over $2,500 may take longer or arrive in parts. Florida residents face a $5,000 cap per spin or play round under rule 6.11, which McLuck’s blog describes as $5,000 per day.

What Makes McLuck Different

McLuck’s clearest differentiator is a site-wide JACKPOT that can trigger on any eligible game and spin size. The SC side tops out at 100,000 SC, according to McLuck’s promotions page.

The Gold Coin JACKPOT is automatic and has no opt-out. Each round takes 0.5% of the GC balance or 100 GC, whichever is higher.

McLuck Player Protection Tools

McLuck offers five of the ten protection tools, and four are self-service in the Player Trust & Safety Controls menu. Lowering a limit is instant, while raising or removing one takes 24 hours.

Self-exclusion applies per account, so players with other accounts under the same operator must exclude on each. Balances expire after 60 inactive days, which a long exclusion can trigger.

McLuck Terms to Check Before You Play

Seven McLuck clauses decide most outcomes for prize-focused players. Each comes from the Sweepstakes Rules (version 1.9, May 5, 2026) or the Terms (version 2.6, July 15, 2026).

• Sweepstakes Rules 2.7: SC expire when no SC play happens for 60 consecutive days.
• Sweepstakes Rules 6.3 and 6.4: McLuck may charge a redemption fee, capped at its estimated processing costs.
• Rule 6.8 of the Sweepstakes Rules: only one redemption request is processed every 48 hours.
• Rule 6.12: redemptions can be limited to $10,000 a day.
• Terms 4.2: one account per person, and balances may be voided on duplicates.
• Rule 6.14: a chargeback cancels pending redemptions and blocks further ones.
• Terms 15: disputes go to individual binding arbitration with a class action waiver, and new players have 30 days to opt out.

McLuck Trust and Ownership

McLuck is run by B-Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company, with B2 Services OÜ in Estonia as payment agent. The same company runs Hello Millions, according to that site’s Sweepstakes Rules.

Terms clause 5.2 pools the Social Jackpots across the operator’s brands. Some tournaments also pool prizes, such as a 20,000 SC multiplier tournament in August 2026.

McLuck’s complaint data is mixed across platforms. Trustpilot rates it 4.1 out of 5, while casino.guru gives it a Safety Index of 5.7.

Trustpilot’s positive reviews mention fast prize payments, an easy interface and game variety. The negative themes are account suspensions with lost balances, disputed charges and delayed redemptions.

AskGamblers’ open complaints include a $2,700 redemption pending since September 2024. Another reports a $210 payment stuck in processing since July 2024.
